The client and the challenge. Mamuschka is a Patagonian chocolate maker with international recognition, known for its bean to bar method and the quality of its products. The challenge: to design and build from scratch an industrial plant to move their current facility, scale production and export to new markets while meeting international quality standards.
The full execution covered complete civil engineering —foundations, structure and shell—, the installation of electrical, HVAC and process systems adapted to a bean to bar chocolate facility, and on-site management with permanent coordination of contractors, schedule, quality and safety. Procurement supported every stage, ensuring the availability of critical materials and equipment despite the logistics challenges typical of Patagonia.
